your appointment is only secured with $30 deposit via Zelle only

appointment will be cancelled if no deposit

reschedules/cancellations must be made 48 hrs in advance to get a deposit refund; 2 reschedules allowed per appointment

late for 20 minutes or more will result in cancellation without deposit refund
